Inventory challenges

Stock-outs and excess stock both cost you money.

When stock records live in registers and spreadsheets, shortages are discovered only when a job is already waiting.

  1. 01

    Production stops for missing material

A shortage is noticed on the shop floor, not in advance, so urgent purchases and idle machines become routine.

  2. 02

Stock records do not match reality

Manual entries are delayed or skipped, so the register says one thing and the store says another.

  3. 03

    Money locked in excess stock

Without clear consumption history, materials are over-ordered and slow-moving items quietly pile up.

  4. 04

    No supplier or price history

Comparing past purchase rates, delivery times and suppliers means searching through old bills and notebooks.

Key features

Everything your store team needs, in one place.

Features are scoped to your materials, units and approval process. Start with the essentials and add more later.

  • Raw material & item master

Maintain items with SKU codes, categories, units of measure, reorder levels and storage locations.

  • Stock in, out & transfers

Record purchase receipts, issues to production and transfers between stores with a full movement trail.

  • Low-stock alerts

Set minimum levels per item and flag anything that falls below them for the purchase team.

  • Supplier & purchase records

Keep supplier details, purchase orders, received quantities and rate history together.

  • Batch & movement history

See who issued what, when and against which job, so discrepancies are easier to trace.

  • Stock reports & exports

Generate stock valuation, consumption and slow-moving reports, with export options planned to your needs.

How it works

From purchase receipt to production issue.

A typical inventory workflow, which we adapt to the way your store operates.

  1. 01

    Receive materials

Goods are entered against a purchase order with quantity, batch and supplier details.

  2. 02

    Store and categorize

Items are assigned to a store location and category so they can be found and counted easily.

  3. 03

    Issue to production

Material issues are recorded against jobs, and stock balances update immediately.

  4. 04

    Alert and reorder

Items below their minimum level are highlighted so purchases can be planned in time.

Business benefits

Fewer surprises, better purchasing decisions.

Benefits depend on your current processes and how consistently data is recorded, but these are the outcomes we design for.

  • Fewer production interruptions

Earlier shortage warnings give the purchase team time to act.

  • More accurate stock records

Every movement is recorded once, with a clear trail behind it.

  • Better working-capital control

Visibility into consumption helps reduce over-ordering and dead stock.

  • Faster stock-taking

System balances make physical verification quicker and easier to reconcile.

Outcomes depend on your existing processes, data quality and how consistently the system is used by your team.

Frequently asked questions

Questions before getting started?

Every manufacturing business works differently. Here are common questions about this solution.

Can the system track both raw materials and finished goods?

Yes. Raw materials, consumables, components and finished goods can be maintained as separate categories with their own units, reorder levels and storage locations.

How do low-stock alerts work?

You define a minimum level for each item. When the recorded balance falls below it, the item is flagged on the dashboard. Notification options such as email or WhatsApp can be scoped during planning.

Can you import our existing stock data from Excel?

We can assess your current spreadsheets and plan an import of item lists and opening balances. Data cleanup is scoped separately depending on the quality of the existing records.

Can we manage multiple stores or warehouses?

Yes, multi-location tracking and stock transfers can be included in the project scope, based on how your stores are organized.

Can inventory connect to production and orders?

Where technically appropriate, material issues can be linked to production jobs and customer orders. This is planned during requirement discussions.
